Send Your Brief

This page is the inquiry page for the sweat-proof range. It lists what a complete brief should contain, so that a buyer can send one message that the supplier can answer precisely. No figure is promised on this page: share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order, and ask for certificates, where the standing answer is that certificates are available upon request.

A complete brief, point by point

First, the category and cut: undershirt, shirt, T-shirt, underwear, brief, boxer or boxer brief, with the function angle wanted — sweat-proof, moisture wicking or the anti-odor label. Second, the wearer range: men, women or a general range. Third, the material option to start from: modal, cotton or microfiber, where a choice has been made. Fourth, the colour direction, from the banner options of white, grey, black and nude, subject to confirmation. Fifth, the quantity and the target date. Sixth, the documents needed with the order.

What happens after you send a brief

After a brief is sent, the supplier is expected to confirm which styles match the brief, what quantity and timing apply, and what documents it can provide. This site states none of those answers in advance, because they depend on the brief itself. A buyer who receives an answer that does not match the brief should reply with the mismatched point named explicitly, rather than accepting a general offer that covers a different garment.

Inquiry form

The form below opens an email to the supplier with your brief. It is a simple mail form for this preview site; no order is placed by sending it, and no payment details should ever be included in it. Write the six points above into the message, in your own words, and name the category page you started from so the supplier can trace the brief.
